Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with LUXMARAH Wellness. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work. By purchasing a program or service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Consultations
Initial consultations described as free are provided at no charge. There is no obligation to purchase any program after a consultation.
2. Program fees and billing
Program fees are disclosed before you purchase. Subscription or recurring programs are billed on the cadence shown at checkout (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring program at any time by emailing luxmarahwellness@gmail.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a billing period that has already begun, except as described below or as required by law.
4. Refunds
- If you are charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review and correct eligible billing errors.
- Fees for services already rendered (such as completed coaching sessions) are generally non-refundable.
- Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
